Practical Tips: To minimize interactions, take medications like levothyroxine or bisphosphonates with water on an empty stomach, and wait at least 30-60 minutes before consuming coffee. Be cautious with medications for cold, asthma, depression, or heart conditions, and discuss your caffeine habits with your healthcare provider. If experiencing side-effects such as restlessness or heart palpitations, consider reducing caffeine intake or switching to decaffeinated options.
