Participants experienced a shift towards more authentic and connected interactions, viewing colleagues and clients not just as transactional contacts but as individuals with whom they could build genuine relationships. This transformation often led to more compassionate and purpose-driven workplace dynamics.
These insights hold important lessons for those without NDEs. The changes in perspective reported by survivors suggest pathways toward a more fulfilling and purpose-aligned approach to work, emphasizing relationships, authenticity, and meaningful contribution.
