Additionally, many healthcare workers are unaware of their vaccination status, especially those who emigrated from other countries or lack accessible records. Several expressed interest in tools like mobile apps for managing vaccination records.

Improving education, increasing awareness of measles risks, and promoting vaccine safety are critical steps. Encouragingly, healthcare workers recognize the importance of vaccination but often face logistical challenges, such as time constraints. Reframing vaccination as a protective measure for patients and the community, coupled with employer support to facilitate access, could enhance uptake.

Strengthening screening protocols during employment and ongoing education campaigns are vital for ensuring that healthcare staff are protected. Reliable record-keeping and testing for immunity should become standard practice. These measures not only protect healthcare workers but also prevent the spread of measles to vulnerable populations.
